not everyone can perform an international job; it takes skills - particularly being able to function in foreign cultures and environments. It requires being very aware of business practices there, such as customs/import regulations, power, and procurement process.
You may work in an office as a customer service rep, handling the shipping, customs, and other paperwork. You also handle warranty returns and inventory.
Or, you can work as a sales rep, calling on customers in foreign countries. But you have to be a very good sales person. You need to know how to sell professionally, and the market in each country.
Jobs involving international business are very demanding, you will find you often work at nights, or very early morning. most people who think it just involves traveling do not understand the difficulty of such jobs.
