I know where you are coming from, I've been in your situation and you tend to find that with family firms if the whole family tend to be arses then things NEVER improve and it also eventually affects the business.You mention something to one person in the family and before you know it the whole family hate your guts!!As they say in Ireland, your family are yer worst!
You sound like a patient and hardworking guy, I would suggest you cut your losses and let a firm that deserves your talent take you on!Why go to work in a warzone?
