Can you help me with an "Action" plan for my business plan?

I am writing a business plan and I want to include an action plan for implementing the "plan" itself. Do you have any suggestions or examples?

Meetings will occur...
Follow up will occur...
Individuals tasked with deliverable in this document will be required to...

Action plan = definite cause -> desirable effect

First things first, the plan must be solid, I guess you've talked to seasoned and successful business executives and/or local university business professors who has business background about your plan (have them review your plan), then, naturally they would offer their idea of its 'execution', borrow their brain(s)...

Can you help me with an "Action" plan for my business plan?

I approach action plans AFTER I've identified what I want to achieve during a period.

For example if my desired outcome was to have a new location for my business by June 2008.

I'd next develop a strategy that would read something like "I grow my business by reaching my customers with a location that is easy to reach and has a safe environment".

Then the action plan would be something like "Find new location and develop moving timeline by April 2008"

An action plan will usually have a "to do list" associate with it with the details but all actions will have a Verb (action to be done) + Description of the work AND a deadline.

Simply put, you are going to want to have your long term objectives and strategies done before you set the work.
